Youth in Action Programme

To start with, lastly, I have fully investigated this project. On the site http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/youth/programme/about_youth_en.php I found a lot of information about the project. I suppose, that this programme is so good for pupils because is gives a lot of possibilities:
  • Possibility to meet new people
  •  Possibility to improve English
  •  Possibility to visit magnificent UK
  •  Possibility even to shape the European Union's future a bit.
It's understandable, that everyone wants to receive all this possibilities. And I'm not an exclusion. It is my strong belief, that experience, which I can receive on participating project "Youth in Action", will be so helpful for me in my further life.

Speaking about visiting new places, I have never heard about Norwich before. However, after reading some information and looking at the pictures "my eyes were opened". Now, I exremely want to visit this country. In my opinion it is invaluable experience and great satisfaction to visit this city. What is more, I have investigated a plenty of information about Norwich, and now I know, that it is one of the anciest cities in England. That's why there are so many ancient buildings which are really breathtaking.
As far as I can see, Norvich has a lot of places, which are worth-seeing.But, for my part, the most beautiful are Quay Side, Pull's Ferry,Bitshop bridge and Norvich Cathedral as well. If I were there, I would definitely take some photos there.

Last but not least, I want to say, that I would like to participate in this project, because it's my first and maybe the last chance to take part in projects alike.

Letter for other participants of "Youth in Action" project

Dear friends!

Frankly speaking, England was always fascinating me. It is my dream to visit this country and "to plunge" in it's traditions and culture. But in one day, at our Countrystudies lesson I have heard about a kind of trip to England. But, to sincere, I am not interested in trips, where I'm simply walking and looking at monuments or castles. I always want to fing something useful for me in each trip. So, when Olena Evgenivna said, that it's not just a simple trip,my eyes "lit up". It's really a pity, that this project runs the last year, and I can't take part in it for the next years. If I had a chance to participate in this project, I'll be on the seventh heaven, really, because I understand that i have only one chance like this in all my life. All this experience is extremely valuable for me .

Lastly, I looked through the programme of this project. I'm so glad, that it is full of different games and activities. I have participated in two projects in Rivne, where participated people from USA as well. And there were also a lot of different interesting activities, thus I'm undoubtedly sure, that I wouln't be bored there.

During learning about the "Youth in Action" project, I have learned a little information about the place, where we are going to travel. It's Norvich. As far as I can see, Norvich has a lot of places, which are worth-seeing.But, for my part, the most beautiful are Quay Side, Pull's Ferry,Bitshop bridge and Norvich Cathedral as well. If I were there, I would definitely take some photos there.

Beside the chance to see England and the chance to meet new friends all over the world, I have also a big chance to improve my English, because it is understandable, that the best way to improve English is to speak with native speakers.

I hope I will participate in this project because it will give me a great experience and, of course, many unforgettable moments.

Yours faithfully,
Dasha
